Front Desk Coordinator

Mediterranean Shipping Company is searching for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our Belgrade office and be the welcoming face of our team, helping ensure a professional and friendly environment for all visitors and staff.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, offering a warm and professional welcome.
• Handle incoming phone calls and email correspondence promptly and professionally.
• Organize, file and maintain both digital and physical records and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling internal and external meetings, maintain team calendars, send reminders and prepare meeting rooms with necessary materials.
• Monitor inventory levels of office supplies, initiate procurement processes and ensure all materials are readily available to support daily operations.
• Coordinate with courier services and manage incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of company events such as internal meetings, seminars, workshops, celebrations and presentations. Handle logistics, scheduling and participant communication

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (preferably in administrative or economic fields)
• Preferably two years of experience in similar or related positions
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility and attention to detail
• Courtesy and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
