We are great and dynamic team seeking an enthusiastic and positive person to fulfill a position for supporting our colleagues from Germany.
In this position, you will be responsible for resolving all requests regarding accounts opening and editing and giving support to our colleagues from other sectors in all matters involving master data.
- Opening Debtor and Creditor accounts in Acon+ according to requests from various Kuehne+Nagel sectors
- Accounts editing following standardized rules
- Insurance check and Ecla processing
- GP Mapping
- Corresponding with requestors
- Collaboration with colleagues from other teams involved in process
- Organizational skills, precise and highly focused on the quality of your output, able to multi-task and meet deadlines, detail oriented
- Strong customer orientation and clear assertive communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of French and intermediate knowledge of English language
- Experienced user of MS Office – proficient in MS Excel
- Anticipate issues by acting as a consultant proactively finding solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Negotiation, professional and adaptive skills
