Support Luxemburg HRBP team with different administrative requests, maintain the HR systems and platforms up to date, assist with day-to-day HR operations.
- Supporting HR Business partners in multiple HR related processes such as onboarding, offboarding, internal changes
- Creating and maintaining job postings
- Creating and publishing internal communication announcements
- Organizing jubilees (employee birthdays, milestones and special occasions)
- Creating documents such as employment certificates and reference letters
- Handling bicycle lease requests
- Filing employee documents
- Providing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports
- Maintaining Global HR Systems and platforms (PDM, ATS, PeopleHub)
- Maintaining local HR Systems (Primion, Primetime, FAMS)
- Daily communication (via email, spoken communication) with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordination within different departments and team members and managing ad hoc requests
- Creating, developing and updating SOPs and working procedures
- Excellent knowledge of English language, knowledge of German or French is a plus
- Experienced user of MS Office
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills both written and verbal
