In this role, you will be part of a great team supporting Corporate Kuehne+Nagel with high level of responsibility and many opportunities to develop.
- Process and manage benefits enrolments, changes, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefits records.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll departments to ensure seamless benefits administration.
- Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing education to employees about their benefits options.
- Resolve benefits-related issues and escalate complex cases as necessary.
- Creation, development, and communication of SOPs and working procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced knowledge of the English language with good communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits is a plus.
