We are a great team supporting Corporate KN with high level of responsibility and many opportunities to develop. In this position you will work closely with the HR team in France, building mutual trust as well as supporting each other.
- Supporting the HR team in France by maintaining global HR systems (PDM, Learning@KN, Welcome@KN, Sharepoint, ACON), creating documents and being the first level support for local HR Systems (Ammon)
- Full system and administrative support internal/external training organization for employees in KN France, including legal documents, certificates, training invoices etc.
- Training coordination, follow-up, communication with providers (external - Aftral, Proinsec and internal - OFTL), FR National HR Talent Development team and Finance
- Organizing the retraining of regulatory trainings
- Administrative and system support in onboarding, offboarding, all kind of employee processes and documents archiving for France
- Part of recruiting process - Job postings and reporting from the various and local systems
- Assisting with day-to-day HR operations and various ad-hoc tasks
- Autonomously and proactively finding solutions to recurring and basic issues
- Following local HR instructions and suggesting possible alternative processes and optimizations when necessary, keeping in mind the local HR priorities available on the portal.
- Organizational skills, precise and highly focused on the quality of your output, able to multi-task and meet deadlines, detail oriented
- Strong customer orientation and clear assertive communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of French and intermediate knowledge of English language
- Experienced user of MS Office – proficient in MS Excel
- Anticipate issues by acting as a consultant proactively finding solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Negotiation, professional and adaptive skills
