GS HR Specialist for Austria and Germany

- Supporting the Austria and Germany HR Teams by reporting from various systems and consolidating different reports
- Responsible for document management, maintaining good data quality in HR systems and managing different HR platforms (Talmundo, Sharepoint, Learning@KN, KN Careers, PDM, DifiSign as a local systems Zeit, One HCM, Corplfe)
- Responsible for Onboarding and Offboarding cycle
- Maintaining Referral Program Process, following-up and keeping track of employee’s Background Check
- Managing Letter and Certificate Creation
- Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential due to internal HR Data Policy
- Supporting Filing process in Paisy (Germany)
- Knowledge of German and English language, with good communication skills
- Experienced user of MS Office
- Transferable, professional and adaptive skills
- Organizational skills, precise and highly focused on the quality of your output, able to multi-task and meet deadlines, detail oriented
