Responsibilities:
- A. Communicating with clients, shippers, auction houses or packers.
- B. Coordination (Sale, Shipment)
- C. Maintaining the website, online market platforms, social media. Updating object photos with Photoshop, creating small brochures, writing smaller content about some items.
- D. Executing growing strategies.
Requirements:
- Ability to coordinate efficiently, having management abilities, being proactive.
- Communication. Ability not just to inform them competently but bringing “flair” and “joy” in the communication.
- Fluent English >C1, with a sophisticated touch
- Second language (German or French) >B1
- Reliable, ordered and trustful character.
- Precise working with abilities to organise/ manage tasks independently.
- Experienced with Photoshop and Indesign, generally experienced with computers.
- Aesthetical background (architects, graphic designer, art historian with gallery experience and others with gallery experience) with university degree. Experienced with lifestyle too.
- More than 4 years of working experience.
