Key responsibilities:

• Designing, editing and scripting areas of the game world
• Designing, writing and scripting quests and dialogs

Essential skills:

• Basic knowledge of C#, C++ or other object based programming/scripting languages
• Good written English
• Ability to design parts of the game world (characters, areas, quests, etc.) from scratch with minimal guidance by coming up with your own ideas
• Ability to quickly master new development tools (various game editors)
• Good conversation skills (articulate and direct)

Optional skills:

• 2D graphics
• Audio design

Priority is given to candidates with following developing skills/experiences:

• Strong C#/.NET programming skills and ability to learn game engine infrastructure in order to improve and/or implement new game mechanics
• Hobbyist or commercial game development experience
• Game modding experience
• RPG game development or modding experience

Favorable personality traits:

• Love of game development
• Passion for designing game worlds/narratives
