players everywhere, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gaming Team Manager to join our
client’s team.

Job Opportunity: Gaming Team Manager
Location: Belgrade, Serbia

As a key leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of game presenters, ensuring they uphold the company’s high performance and service standards. Your role will focus on providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship, while also assisting in recruitment, absence management, and addressing any disciplinary or grievance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and Mentoring: Lead regular coaching sessions to support both personal and professional growth of your team members.
  • Staff Management: Oversee team performance in accordance with company policies, handling absence management and addressing disciplinary or grievance concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication within the team, promoting collaboration and unity through regular team meetings and discussions.
  • Learning and Development: Identify the training needs of individual team members and the group as a whole, working alongside the training department to ensure ongoing development.
  • Performance Management: Play a critical role in achieving organizational goals by ensuring efficient performance management practices and training.
  • Adherence to Standards: Ensure all team activities and services comply with company values, policies, procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a similar managerial or team lead role.
  • Education: A background in management or related fields is an advantage.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in iGaming or live casino operations is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts as required.
