Global Account-Based Marketing Manager

The Global Account-Based Marketing Manager works cross-functionally in close coordination with sales, account and marketing teams to drive integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns and their underlying processes
- Responsible for the execution of ABM projects dedicated to B2B that meet target objectives, timeframe and budget.
- Works with the lines of business and marketers to define target account prioritization.
- Plans, coordinates and implements ABM GTM campaigns.
- Manages relationship with account teams and marketing team to agree stakeholder list and outreach strategy, create campaign plan and oversee all supporting materials including messaging, personalized collateral, sales enablement, outbound communications, social and digital campaigns.
- Works with account teams to track account engagement within target accounts and continuously align marketing and sales.
- Tracks program results, measure success, and report metrics to stakeholders across the business.
- Key success measure for the role are SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads), resulting from the campaigns.
- Other responsibilities related with employee's specialization & competencies delegated by Manager.
Mandatory Skills Description:
- 3+ years of experience running B2B marketing campaigns and programs that directly engage prospects, build pipeline and drive revenue.
- Preferably tool set knowledge: Marketo, Sales Force, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SEMrush, Hootsuite - intermediate level.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive both planning and execution.
- Prior experience working cross-functionally with industry marketing, creative services, digital marketing, marketing operations and sales/account management.
- Strong stakeholder's management skills to drive a culture of collaboration, joint ownership and focus on business outcome.
- Business focused and analytical mindset with the ability to provide reporting on campaign performance metrics.
- Proficiency in English.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing and changing priorities.
- Create and manage long term plans, set budgets and goals.
- Capacity to handle multiple priorities, initiatives, interfaces and tasks.
- Organization and planning skills.
