Place of work: Belgrade/Vršac

Requirements:

• University degree (Economics, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical, Biochemical, Chemical, or similar university). 
• Extensive work experience in Pharma Industry (preferably API segment).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of Six Sigma and Project Management.
• Very good negotiation and communication skills.
• Team-oriented.
• Self-initiative and oriented to problem solving.

Your duties would include:

• Global negotiations with API suppliers to ensure API supply for STADA’s production plants in several countries. 
• Optimization of overall purchasing conditions in order to provide supply security and sustainable competitiveness.
• Close cooperation with internal (QA, QC, MS&T, Production, RA, CMC, Transfer team, Supply Chain) and external stakeholders.
• Continuous market screening and contribution to selection of preferable partners, including contribution in identification and implementation of alternative sources.
• Continuous evaluation of market situation followed by market analytics.
• Ensure savings per defined KPIs.
• Coordination of negotiations and purchasing activities between different STADA affiliates in order to provide the best synergies respecting STADA value.
• Support to development and execution of risk mitigation plans, problems escalation, prioritizing of tasks.
• Ensure a good supplier relationship management. 
• Reporting to Global API Director directly and to Director of SEEU Cluster Procurement legally.
