For our newly opening Global Support Center (GSC), located in Bečej, Serbia we are looking for hard working, talkative, smart and talented new colleagues, who have excellent communication skills on different languages to provide worldwide support.
Who are open to call and talk friendly about sales and technical topics with our customers and partners.
Global Support Center is running under our subsidiary Multitest and applicants will be a fulltime employees of Multitest d.o.o. in Becej.
Main Tasks:
- Call-Center - receiving and starting calls
- Cold Calls
- Administration
- Sales & Technical Support
- Marketing activities on different languages
- The ideal candidate is a positive thinker and motivated, well-organized individual, who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Willing to manage calls from office via Call-Center software to our customers worldwide and also ready to promote our products via latest marketing tools.
- Different regions and countries will be supported worldwide from Serbian Global Service Center.
- Its an advantage, but not a must to have experience in call-center environment.
Responsibilities and expectation:
- Make cold calls frequently
- Manage Marketing Campaigns in our CRM
- Document and administrate actual things inside CRM
- Prepare quotations
- Support Sales Colleagues with daily requirements
- If required, ready to travel abroad
- Indentify and find new customers
- Maintain the support of existing customers
- Learn our products after internal training sessions
- Help to setup Online or personal meetings for our sales people
- Regular reporting
- Work as full-time employee in Multitest d.o.o.
- Working in CRM and ERP and use our call center
Qualifications:
- High School Graduation or Secondary Technical School background with office sales and administration experience or
- College or University Degree with teaching experience
Languages we are looking for:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills on English language as basic and one of the world languages.
