The Role
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer with real experience to help build, automate, and scale outbound marketing systems for our clients. You’ll architect full-funnel workflows using tools like Clay, Instantly, and HubSpot, experiment with AI and enrichment APIs, and collaborate with founders, growth teams, and sales reps to turn cold data into warm pipeline.
What You’ll Do
• Build and manage end-to-end outbound workflows using Clay.com, HubSpot, Instantly, and other relevant tools
• Automate prospecting, enrichment, lead scoring, and outreach triggers based on real-time buying signals
• Translate GTM strategy into practical, scalable workflows for cold email, LinkedIn, and retargeting
• Collaborate with strategists to turn ICP and offer hypotheses into tested campaigns
• Track and analyze performance to continuously optimize and document what works
What You Bring
• Proven experience working in a GTM, Growth, or RevOps role (agency or SaaS side)
• Hands-on expertise with Clay, Instantly, HubSpot (must-have), plus bonus for Make.com, Apollo, Apify, PhantomBuster, etc.
• Strong understanding of cold email strategy, data enrichment, campaign logic, and personalization frameworks
• You think in systems, love building, and are obsessed with optimizing for reply rates and pipeline
• Fluent in English, comfortable working remotely with async communication
