We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing team. Are you creative, have proven experience designing websites, and thrive on creative beautiful and modern designs?

What You Will Do

• Develop innovative and eye-catching designs that effectively communicate the client's brand and goals.
• Create visual aspects of websites, including layouts, color schemes, typography, and user interface elements.
• Create website design templates in Figma (or similar tools), brand guides, logos, and graphics.
• Build prototypes and wireframes for new website projects, ensuring that site structure and navigation deliver a seamless user experience.
• Work with our WordPress designers and developers to deliver exciting new projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies that can improve and influence design. Implement new tools and technologies where applicable to enhance design efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience
• Experience working with Figma or similar software
• Comfortable working with multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-starter and self-motivated professional (due to the time difference and remote nature of the work)
• Must own a reliable computer and have reliable internet

Nice to Have

• Experience with WordPress web design (Elementor or Bricks)
• Experience with Webflow and/or Framer
• Creating illustrations and animations

Important Information

• Please provide your design portfolio.
• Salary will be based on the experience of the individual.
• This is a fully remote position.
• You will be trained based on the systems and current workflow of Clio Websites.
• Although this position is full-time permanent you will be employed as a consultant and will issue an invoice at the end of each month to Clio Websites.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Tasks will be assigned through our internal system (ClickUp).
• Most communication will be over email, Google Meet, or Discord. You may be requested, infrequently, to join a call or Zoom meeting to provide design input and feedback.
