About the role
This is a remote full-time position based in Serbia, with working hours 10am-6pm CET Monday to Friday.
An exciting role for an experienced, midweight graphic designer within a fast-paced company in the early years education sector in the UK. Reporting to the Senior Designer (UK-based) and playing a key role in the Creative Studio and Brand Marketing team. Following brand direction curated by the Senior Marketing Manager, this role combines creativity and design skills to resource and help implement new nursery launch campaigns, promotional nursery collateral, email and social media campaigns, website events, content design, and support of the brand's photoshoot and video requirements across print and digital.
You will assist with all aspects of brand presentation across multiple customer and employer-facing platforms including two websites, email and social, and internal platforms, ensuring that it best represents N Family Club. You will additionally assist the Digital Marketing Analyst with the daily functionality of N Family Club’s two websites, helping to better the UX experience through design and optimising the UX journey.

Specific duties and responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation and editing of imagery and video for web and digital marketing use including: post-production of photoshoot imagery; promotional email content; social media and advertising graphics; internal platform graphics and animation, landing pages and visuals for paid social media advertising.
- Develop and execute creative design layout concepts across print and digital marketing, aligning to the brand direction.
- Stay at the forefront of digital design trends and technologies, continually sourcing innovative ideas and solutions.
- Support the day-to-day operation and functionality of the websites and branded channels including ad-hoc tasks as delegated.
- Be responsible for the creation and upkeep of all internal decks and presentations, to ensure consistency.
Working experience requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years' experience in a commercial, design-based role - in-house or agency.
- A compelling design portfolio with a commercial/brand orientation, including examples of successfully-led campaigns. University experience/personal projects not included.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously through strong time-management and organisational skills. As a small team being agile is essential.
- Fluency in Adobe creative suite with excellent knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is desirable, but not essential.
- Experience with Wordpress (or similar platforms) is desirable.
- Experience with commercial email platforms e.g. Mailchimp/Klaviyo/Ometria.
- Fluency in Google Slides and KeyNote.
- Knowledge of social media design is essential, including Instagram and Facebook.
- Thorough understanding of typographical principles, layout conceptualisation and current best practices in design.
Qualifications:
- A university degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications.
