Role Overview:

As a Group Communications & Culture Designer, you will play a key role in fostering a connected, informed, and engaged workforce. Working closely with leadership, People & Culture, and other stakeholders, you will design and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, align communication efforts with organizational goals, and promote a unified cultural identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Execute Internal Communication Strategies – Create and implement engaging communication plans aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
• Content Creation & Management – Craft compelling messages across various internal platforms using AI and content creation tools.
• Cultural Design & Activation – Lead initiatives that promote inclusivity, core values, and a shared sense of purpose.
• Enhance Employee Engagement – Design campaigns and programs to improve employee experience and satisfaction.
• Support Change Management – Develop communication plans for organizational transformations, new programs, and company-wide changes.
• Measure & Analyze Impact – Establish KPIs, gather employee feedback, and refine strategies to improve communication effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders – Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and work cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and cultural alignment.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in internal communications, culture design, or marketing (marketing and/or media agency experience is a plus).
• Skills: Exceptional writing, storytelling, and project management skills.
• Tools: Proficiency with communication platforms, AI-powered content tools, and design software (e.g., Canva).
• Competencies: Strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, change management expertise, and analytical mindset.
• Multilingual Skills: Fluency in English (advanced level) and Serbian is required. Additional fluency in other languages is highly desirable.
