On behalf of our client, Proximus, we are looking for the Group Finance Business Partner to integrate the team that takes care of reporting Group / transversal topics (Ebitda; Capex; Free Cash Flow & Business Working Capital; Efficiency Savings; Group KPIs) to the Executive Committee. This team is therefore responsible to coordinate the other BUs BP teams’ inputs to achieve that objective.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to coordinate the Group Ebitda reporting, planning & forecasting (including Long Term Plan delivery, next year’s target setting delivery, monthly reforecasts, actuals monitoring) and prepare the related financial presentations to the Executive Committee and to the Board of Proximus. 
• You will coordinate the processes alignment between all BUs and Segments. You would drive the teams towards a global company mindset, standardize and harmonize the way of working between the BUs/entities, identify and set-up clear processes when required. 
• You are be the Group Finance BP and ‘relay’ for the Proximus management for any specific request related to transversal topics. These can relate to follow-up on M&As, specific savings programs, new ESG requirements needs.

Your Profile

Hard skills:

• University Master’s degree.
• You have minimum 6 years of experience in the Finance environment including experience in financial controlling (or Business Partnering), if possible, at Group level. 
• You also have project management experience in Finance consulting and/or financial audit. 
• Knowledge in Digital Communications sector is a plus. 
• You have an excellent knowledge of MS Excel & MS Powerpoint. Experience in TM1/Cognos and/or Adaptive/Anaplan is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of English language, both verbal and written.
