We increase our team within Industrial Engineering of the Electric Traction Drive Technology in Pančevo.
Your tasks as Group Lead Industrial Engineering:
- Professional leadership of industrialization teams
- Definition and planning of technical process chains
- Obtaining manufacturing and assembly facilities
- Coordinate and handle international product launches
- Supporting factories in achieving production metrics
Your profile as Group Lead Industrial Engineering:
- Successfully completed technical studies, e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering with a focus on planning/production required
- Several years of relevant work experience indispensable
- Basic knowledge in MTM/REFA necessary, CAD knowledge advantageous, good understanding of technical relationships and ability to quickly familiarize with new topics
- High level of commitment, reliability, teamwork and independence
- Fluent in English, German language knowledge preferable, willing to travel
