Your tasks as Group Lead Sample Shop:
- Create personnel-, budget- and investment planning, lead sample shop (mechanics sample shop and engineers
- Ensure build-up of internal and external samples according to project planning
- Establish and run autonomous sample production unit including required actions regarding logistics. quality management, manufacturing engineering etc.
- Define and align strategic road map of prototype workshop
- Ensure lessons learned from first sample build up towards serial processes
Your profile as Group Lead Sample Shop:
- Completed studies of engineering (e.g. electrical engineering, industrial engineer) or comparable degree
- Preferably five years of experience in similar leadership positions
- Experience in automotive industry or project management is preferable
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and problem-solving skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Serbian, knowledge of German language is as plus
