On behalf of our client, NetPrisma INC, a leading provider of advanced cellular, GNSS, and Wi-Fi modules, as well as connected devices for a wide range of IoT solutions, Office People is seeking a motivated candidate for the position of HR & Administrative Specialist.

Job Summary

As the first HR professional at our Serbia R&D Center, you will lead technical recruitment for the Balkan region while managing day-to-day office administration. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who balances talent acquisition with operational efficiency in a fast-growing tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition (70%)
    • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for R&D roles (e.g., Software Engineers, AI Researchers), including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
    • Utilize local platforms (HelloWorld, Joberty) and global channels (LinkedIn, Stack Overflow) to build tech talent pipelines.
    • Partner with universities (e.g., University of Belgrade) and tech hubs (Startup Centar) for employer branding initiatives.
  2. Administrative Support (30%)
    • Manage office facilities, including supplier coordination (IT, utilities) and inventory control.
    • Process employee documentation (onboarding/offboarding, work permits for expatriates).
    • Organize team events and executive visit logistics.
  3. Compliance & Employee Relations
    • Ensure adherence to Serbian Labour Law (Zakon o radu 2014) and GDPR compliance.
    • Maintain accurate records in HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).

Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration.
    • 2+ years in technical recruitment, preferably in IT/Engineering sectors.
    • Administrative experience in multinational organizations is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in ATS (e.g., Lever), Microsoft Office Suite, and basic payroll tools.
    • Native Serbian (Cyrillic/Latin script) and fluent English (Chinese/Russian is a plus).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Ability to manage competing priorities between HR and administrative tasks.
    • Knowledge of Belgrade’s tech ecosystem and salary benchmarks.
