We are currently looking to strengthen our team in Belgrade with a:

HR Administration Specialist (1 position)

As an HR Administration Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our HR department. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing support across a variety of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both digital and hard copies), including personal details, contracts, and related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies through accurate documentation and regular updates.
  • Monitor changes in labor legislation and inform the HR team accordingly.
  • Collect and analyze HR data (e.g., turnover, headcount) and provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including necessary documentation and compliance procedures.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and submitting accurate employee data.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving HR policies and internal procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR support or administration role.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HR software/tools for record keeping and administrative tasks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be considered as an advantage.
  • A positive, proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
