For one of our clients, Adecco is seeking qualified, professional and highly motivated candidate for: HR Administrator, (Beograd, Šimanovci)
Requirements:
- University degree
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration
- In depth knowledge of Labor Law
- Knowledge of MS Office
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining an accurate personnel administration
- Provides regular and accurate data entry of employees in the system and other relevant electronic systems
- Preparation for payroll, daily input of working hours, absenteeism etc.
- Prepares and executes the registration of employees in the PIO register and communication with relevant social and health insurance services
- Provides support to employees regarding HR topics
- Participates in the preparation of annexes to contracts, dismissals and monitoring the distribution of the same to employees

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong ability to take initiative and act proactively
- “Can-do” approach and willingness to take ownership
- Comfortable to work in a fastmoving environment with high attention on details
