HR Administrator for Viceroy Kopaonik Serbia, the first 5* mountain resort in Serbia
General purpose of the job:
- As the HR Administrator of Viceroy Kopaonik you will be responsible for supporting the human resources department
Place of work:
- Based full-time in Kopaonik
Responsible to:
- As an HR generalist with tasks in recruitment, welfare, training, development and compliance, you will be responsible to the Director of Human Resources
Essential Duties:
- Assist the Director of Human Resources in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures are adhered to
- Oversee the hotel's recruitment and selection process, providing department heads with effective and efficient recruitment solutions
- Undertake investigations of references and certificates provided by applicants
- Assist in making sure that government-stipulated employee legislation is strictly followed and implemented
- Ensure that all employee records are kept up to date
- Help maintain efficient staffing levels and payroll systems, helping Department Heads to maximise productivity and minimize unnecessary payroll costs
- Ensure effective preparation of payroll on a monthly basis
Requirements:
- Experience in a complete range of HR practices
- Minimum one year of experience in a hotel
- Fluency in both written and spoken Serbian and English
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels
- IT literacy with experience of human resource management systems
