Job responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits models, ensuring internal consistency and external competitiveness
- Lead the annual HR budgeting process and provide regular forecasts of HR-related costs
- Prepare reports and draw conclusions regarding budget execution, focusing on cost and headcount aspects
- Provide support to HR Business Partners and Finance department with data
- Create and improve procedures related to compensation and benefits processes
- Design and improve compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc)
- Coordinate compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development
- Create and present HR reports and metrics to management, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Manages the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, incentive programs, and salary adjustments
- Develops and delivers reports, dashboards, and insights to leadership, Finance and HR team
Minimum criteria:
- Education: University degree business administration, finance, or a related field is required
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or job analysis, with expertise in budgeting process, salary analysis and reporting
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Fluency in English language
Skills and knowledge:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze compensation data, job descriptions, and market trends
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in job evaluations, compensation structures, and benefits administration
- Technical Skills: Skilled in building HR dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik to translate people data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of Labor Laws: Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits, such as minimum wage laws, overtime, and benefits compliance
- Job Analysis Expertise: Strong knowledge of job analysis methods and techniques to classify jobs and align them with appropriate compensation levels
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address discrepancies in compensation or job classification and resolve issues related to employee concerns
- Communication Skills: Clear communication with employees and management regarding compensation, benefits, and job roles
