Responsibilities:
- Developing a network of potential candidates sourcing via various niche platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.)
- Assessing candidates combining various methods (CV Screening, Interviews, Tech Assessments, etc.)
- Representing our tribe through online and offline activities
- Assisting and providing support in the onboarding process of new employees
- Assisting and providing support for the rest of the team in the operational division of the tribe
- Assisting and overseeing the enforcement of our internal procedures
Experience/Skills:
- Proven work experience in an HR role (preferably Recruiter role) of at least 1 year; experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Familiarity with HR databases, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
