We are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our ranks and support our operations.

About the Position

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to handle various HR-related tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations as we scale our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in similar roles and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the company, and handle offboarding procedures when necessary.
• Contract Creation: Draft and manage employment contracts, ensuring they meet legal requirements and company standards.
• Housing & Transportation: Assist in finding suitable housing for truck drivers and organize transportation to their work destinations.
• Procedure Development: Help establish and refine HR procedures and best practices as our company grows.
  General HR Support: Provide day-to-day support for HR-related tasks and challenges as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A few years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Serbian and English.
• Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia, and able to work on-site.
