What are you going to work on:
You will be involved in recruitment, onboarding, employee evaluations, and daily office operations. Your role will also include supporting internal communication, conflict mediation, and initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
Your responsibilities:
- Design and implement recruitment and selection strategies
- Create and update job descriptions in collaboration with department managers
- Conduct candidate sourcing through various platforms, databases, and tools
- Screen CVs, perform phone screenings, and organize interviews and assessments
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, mindset, and cultural fit
- Maintain the internal candidate database and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Organize onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support the organization of internal trainings, soft skills workshops, and team-building events
- Conduct evaluations and feedback sessions
- Mentor colleagues and support their personal development
- Promote company values and contribute to maintaining a strong employer brand
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and collaborate with external partners
Required qualifications:
- University degree in Psychology (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Human Resources role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- High level of discretion, proactivity, and team spirit
- High motivation and self-initiative
