Your responsibilities:

Recruitment process

  • Communicating with Clients to identify job openings and the technical requirements for open positions
  • Writing job descriptions and posting employment ads on various recruitment platforms and relevant media platforms
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements 
  • Arranging and conducting interviews (telephone, video, or in-person), assessing candidates’ experience and cultural fitness for our Clients
  • Performing background and reference checks
  • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the Client
  • Offering job positions, documenting selection and recruitment processes and maintaining records
  • Building a strong network through a direct search on social networks (e.g. LinkedIn) and finding suitable candidates
  • Guiding candidates throughout the whole selection process and updating them on their status in a timely manner

Labour law administration

  • Preparing, updating and archiving all HR administrative documentation and ensuring compliance with legislation to support HR Operations for our Clients
  • Maintaining employee records and databases
  • Correspondence via e-mail with Clients regarding the distribution of labour law documentation
  • Providing support to employees in HR and labour law-related situations

Other HR activities

  • Assisting in the implementation of development programs and consulting services
  • Participation in organizational culture development projects

Professional Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in the same or similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Knowledge of English is required
  • Developed communication skills
  • Experience in advertising on social networks is a plus

  • Built professional ethics and personal integrity
