HR Business Partner
Job purpose:
HR Business Partner will work closely with management and employees, providing hands-on and strategic input, insight and advice on people-related issues and influence effectively across all levels of the Organisation to support the growth of a business. Due to dynamic environment HR Business Partner should be able to work at different levels of requirements from strategic to operational one. HR Business Partner should understand our portfolio companies and their challenges to help address the organization and talent needs and align people strategy with a business strategy.
Job Description:
- Partner with Adval management and senior management of portfolio companies to understand business needs, support business development from HR perspective and drive operational results.
- Lead the creation and execution of organizational and people-related strategies in portfolio companies.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business: workforce planning & recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, performance management, training & development, talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, legal & compliance.
- Evaluate human potential in portfolio companies in order to put right people in the right positions and define hiring needs. Provides management with understanding of employees’ behaviours, needs and motivation.
- Conduct competency-based recruitment process for open positions in portfolio companies.
- Actively participate in the functional leadership teams as a partner to the business. Work directly with core functions, coach and influence leaders to achieve business results.
- Helping managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues. Helping managers to adjust their leadership style to current situation and development level of employee. Suggest appropriate leadership trainings.
- Nourish result-driven organisational culture. Educate and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
- Suggest talent management programs and action for attracting, developing, and retaining talents. Prepare development plans for key employees in portfolio companies and work directly with them.
- Take active role in changing the organisational design and helping management in portfolio companies to implement organisational changes. Work as change ambassador by providing wide picture and understanding reasons for changes to employees.
- Responsible for HR Budget planning.
- Encourage portfolio companies to monitor HR metrics and use data driven approach in HR for decision making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, Psychology or Law preferably
- Minimum 5 years of experience on similar positions in HR with demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas.
- Experience in organization development and change management.
- Project management experience is advantage.
- Computer literate (Windows, Internet, MS Office)
- Advanced English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Driving licence b category.
