Grid Dynamics is looking for a creative and experienced HR Business Partner to join our expanding HR team. This is an exciting time to join our company as we continue our significant growth trend.
Responsibilities:
- Support and adjusting adaptation program for newcomers (perform onboarding activities on the day of the employee’s exit: meeting, excursions, meeting key people; conduct presentations to employees about the company, processes; conduct conversations with the employee as part of the process and takes the necessary actions if the employee needs help; track the completion of adaptation training and training programs; control timely closing of the trial period and availability of onboarding PR session; conduct 1-1 talks with employees)
- Corporate culture maintenance and development
- Provide information about the training programs provided by the company
- Conduct training sessions on internal systems and processes and conducting soft skills training
- Manage the performance review process and support managers and employees within this process
- Consult managers on employee development issues, help to make personal development plans for soft skills
- Identify employees with high potential/potential leaders, connects to the discussion of development plans for such employees, tracks progress
- Develop, adjust and support recognition program
- Monitoring the risks of dismissal and work with managers in case of identification of risks
- Monitoring HR metrics that affect employee engagement and communicating with the appropriate manager
- Conduct exit interview
- Analyze exit reports identifies common reasons for dismissal and potential risks
- Work with the global team in the creation and maintenance of our most recent HR processes and policies, both globally as well as regionally as we update existing processes and launch new initiatives toward standardizing our people-centric focus
- Close work with department managers (aka employee performance review and professional development)
- Participation in internal events and training
Requirements :
- 2+ years in HR area (HR Business Partner, People Partner or HR generalist experience preferred)
- Experience in IT
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with change in a highly dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Service and delivery approach
- Fluency in the English language
- Positive attitude, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges
