Heads Talent Solutions has partnered with the multinational retail company to support their expansion in Belgrade.
The role:
- Ensures the communication and implementation of all HR policies and procedures
- Supports talent management processes including talent review and succession planning, learning and development, and performance management
- Coordinates workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies
- Coordinates with the recruitment team in identifying and attracting talents
- Conduct employee onboarding/offboarding in line with company procedure
- Develop career planning and people development measures
- Enroll new employees on all company benefits and procedures
- Support Labor Relations by promoting positive, productive and cohesive work environment aligned with company values and culture
- Responsible for employee day to day inquiries
- Prepare reports on all HR updates as required
The successful applicant:
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Experienced in the development and implementation of strategic plans
- Advanced knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
- PC literacy
- Hands on approach, hardworking and professional
- Ability to perform the tasks effectively and efficiently
- Ability to manage and solve complex situations
- Positive working attitude
- Strong communication skills, flexible and approachable
