Responsibilities (experience required):
- Preparing and processing all necessary data for monthly payroll (attendance, sick leave, contract changes, bonuses, deductions, etc.)
- Checking the accuracy of the payroll
- Preparing employment contracts and annexes, and necessary hiring documents
- Issuing decisions, employment and salary confirmations, and other documents requested by employees or the employer
- Keeping employee records updated and organized (both paper files and electronic records)
- Monitoring employee status, contracts, expiration dates, and other administrative obligations
- Ensuring compliance with the Labor Law and internal HR policies
Responsibilities (experience preferred):
Reporting and Analysis:
- Participating in preparing basic HR reports (attendance, employee turnover, headcount, etc.)
- Participating in monitoring and analyzing basic HR KPIs
Organization and Systematization of position:
- Participating in the creation of Systematization and Job Descriptions
- Following changes
- Participating in the updates of the Rulebook and other official documents and procedures
Recruitment and Selection:
- Posting job ads, communicating with candidates, scheduling and participating in interviews
- Organizing the onboarding process for new employees
Training and Development:
- Supporting managers in planning, organizing, and evaluating training sessions
- Keeping training records and following up on completed training
Employee Evaluation:
- Assisting with organizing the performance evaluation process
- Analyzing and storing evaluation results
Internal Communication and Employee Relations:
- Daily communication with employees regarding their rights and obligations
- Providing basic HR support for managers and employees
- Participating in the official Survey and analyzing of the results
Position Requirements:
- University degree (in economics, law, management, psychology, or similar)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, especially in employee administration, payroll processing and basic HR reports
- Experience in other HR areas and procedure development is a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing company is a plus
- Good knowledge of the Labor Law and related regulations
- Experience using MS Office tools
- English language
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, responsibility, and organized work approach
