SummaryAs the HR Business Partner (HRBP), you’re responsible for optimizing our team’s growth, wellbeing, and performance, and will make sure our initiatives and efforts are aligned with our business goals. You’ll act as a consultant on human resources management and will partner with the department leaders where you will support, coach and guide them and their teams through their growth journey. This role supports both our leaders in Serbia as well as those in EMEA. You’ll be also overseeing and guiding organizational changes and will work closely with the Business Partners in our Headquarter in the US. In addition to having a solid knowledge of traditional HR practices, the ideal candidate will also have an acute awareness of the latest trends in the market when it comes to best practices on employee experiences. To be successful in this role, you should also possess exceptional organizational skills, strong emotional intelligence, high ethical standards, and be capable of carrying out multiple projects while prioritizing tasks This position reports to the General Manager, Serbia and is based in Belgrade.
