HR Business Partner

Required qualifications:

• University degree preferable with a law background
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar positions
• Strong command of English language – both written and spoken 
• Advanced MS Office skills

Job description:

• Ensure the relevant people policies and standards are fully supported by the management and implemented
• Provide legal support and expert opinions to other sectors
• Review and approve legal contracts, letters of consent, and other documents
• Establish and foster open dialogue with colleagues and their associations, contributing to successful negotiations with colleagues’ council/labor union
• Lead the development of country HR policies and procedures in line with employment law compliance and secure implementation and follow up
• Protect an employer from potential threats by implementing and managing labor issues
• Identify, evaluate and monitor actual and potential labor issues
• Lead and follow up on employment standards and compliance
• Develop and implement a legal strategy that is in line with the vision and long-term goals
