Required qualifications:
- University degree preferable with a law background
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar positions
- Strong command of English language – both written and spoken
- Advanced MS Office skills
Job description:
- Ensure the relevant people policies and standards are fully supported by the management and implemented
- Provide legal support and expert opinions to other sectors
- Review and approve legal contracts, letters of consent, and other documents
- Establish and foster open dialogue with colleagues and their associations, contributing to successful negotiations with colleagues’ council/labor union
- Lead the development of country HR policies and procedures in line with employment law compliance and secure implementation and follow up
- Protect an employer from potential threats by implementing and managing labor issues
- Identify, evaluate and monitor actual and potential labor issues
- Lead and follow up on employment standards and compliance
- Develop and implement a legal strategy that is in line with the vision and long-term goals
