HR Central Representative (Bi-Lingual)

LOCATION: Belgrade

The HR Central Representative will work seamlessly within our HR teams to ensure a mindset of continuous improvement is adhered to, ideally preventing repetitive inquiries. In this role, the HR Central Representative will work closely with HR Global Process Specialists and HR Central Region Manager to ensure that the HR Global Process Team meets its service delivery objectives. This role will also apply expertise to improve processes and support other critical HR processes and initiatives in support of business goals. This role is responsible for improving HR Operations productivity through analysis of processes, systems and strategies.

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Primary responsibility of role is to respond to inquiries regarding HR policy and procedure, the HR Central Portal and HR self-service forms associated with particular HR transactions
  • Position interacts with managers, prospective candidates and employees via e-mail, web requests, live chat and phone
  • Works directly with managers, candidates and other HR staff; Accepts and routes requests for assistance over the telephone, via e-mail, via live chat, and through web forms; Works directly with customers to resolve recurring or standard problems
  • Ensure global processes are aligned with the HR model and structure maximizing efficiency through the use of HR portal technology, HR Central and subject matter experts.
  • Key HR Projects and Initiatives: Participate and assist in the direction of various projects, providing oversight and/or coordination of key projects within the HR Operations team.
  • HR Operations Technology: Assist with the facilitation of the design of HR Operations technology tools to ensure they meet the needs of the organization.
  • HR Operations Service Delivery Education & Training: Train new talent and educate current talent relative to ongoing upgrades and changes, including developing accurate and updated documentation.
  • Gathers information and records data in HR tools Monitors transaction status and escalates transactions, as necessary; responds to client inquiries relative to the staffing function including completion of forms and documentation, prepares error-free written communication including e-mails and letters, follows up with candidates relative to pre-hire documentation, and escalates, as necessary, to other parties
  • Position requires follow up with customers to ensure completion of tasks within specified performance parameters
  • Generates daily and weekly incident reporting; Reviews incident history to determine recurring faults
  • Provides feedback regarding accuracy of internal knowledge articles and other customer contact tools
  • Translates/creates documents, as necessary

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma (minimum requirement) Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in Portuguese or Italian with English (reading/writing/verbal) Preferential to hold additional languages
  • Demonstrated history of strong performance
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience (at least one year)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hold 3+ years of experience (including process development and improvement experience)
  • Some HR experience
  • Previous experience with the following HR technology:
    • Work Day
    • MS Office Suite
