On behalf of our client, a young, but very perspective company with its stronghold in Quality Control business within automotive industry, HRS is searching for a candidate that will successfully fulfil the post of HR Coordinator/going to be HR Manager and create great working environment for its colleagues in the company.
Since company operates in different parts of Serbia, this is a post that will take some traveling, some office and some home office work.
Daily tasks are:
To provide administrative and office support to various HR functions on daily bases
To ensure that the company employees have the right balance staff in terms of skills and experience
To enhance the performance of staff and achieve employer’s business aims
To add value to the organization in the HR field
To be first point of contact to all HR related queries
To provide assistance and advice to managers and staff
…but most of all, to keep the smile on the face of every single colleague within the organization!!!
Creating and posting the job ad
Candidate selections and interviews
Recruiting and hiring shortlisted candidates across Serbia
Introducing new colleagues to their supervisor
Conducting the initial training into company
Conducting the initial training into their assigned project along with its supervisor
Overseeing the talent development of the staff
Conducting periodical reviews
Listening and monitoring to staff “proactions and reactions” within company
Defying the paygrade of staff based on productivity, persistency and efficiency and effectiveness
Defying the bonus scheme for staff based on relevant criteria on monthly, quarterly and yearly period
…but most of all, developing Employer Branding and making staff feeling happy as they are being part of this wonderful and young organization!!!
Skills and knowledge:
Extremely motivated to achieve goals
Self-organized individual with clear objective
Immaculate time management skills
Proficient English language
Proficient MS Office user
Experienced B driving license
