HR Country Partner / HR Generalist

We're looking for a HR Country Partner to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring our HR processes run smoothly, compliantly, and in line with local legislation and global standards. As the Country HR Partner, you'll be the go-to contact for HR matters in Serbia, working closely with managers, employees, and global HR teams. You'll deliver hands-on support across core HR areas such as onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, benefits, and more, helping to bring our people strategy to life on a local level.

Your Responsibilities:

• Delivering day-to-day HR support to local managers and employees
• Coordinating recruitment activities and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences
• Supporting performance, compensation, and employee engagement programs
• Advising on policies, leave processes, and general HR queries.
• Collaborating with Shared Services and Centres of Excellence to ensure timely execution of HR tasks.
• Maintaining data accuracy in Workday and championing HR systems use
• Handling HR documentation throughout the employee lifecycle (hiring, changes, exits)
• Assisting with employee relations matters and escalating complex issues when needed.
• Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiative

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Law, or related field (HR certifications are a plus)
• 2+ years in an HR generalist or HR operations role, ideally in a global or matrixed organization
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR practices
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language
• Proficient in Workday and comfortable guiding others in its use
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and an organized approach to managing multiple priorities.
• A team-player mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
