HR Director
Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end HR functions: talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management, HR information systems, and budget planning of the department;
- Effectively planning, designing, developing, and evaluating human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals;
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization;
- Direct the development and implementation of organizational development programs, employee orientation and training programs, benefit plans, policies and guidelines;
- Coordinate and provide guidance to HR colleagues to make sure the job is done the best possible way;
- Devise recruitment strategies and oversee its implementation, be part of the recruitment process and interviews when it is necessary - senior positions;
- Lead the employee evaluation process, analyze employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment;
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues;
- Define HR budget plans, control the HR budget, and report on current and future staffing costs and initiatives;
- Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organizational culture, ensuring that the company values and approach are displayed.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role and at least 3 years in a people management role;
- Experience in the IT/gaming industry is considered a plus;
- Fluent in English;
- Experience in implementing HR projects;
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees throughout the company’s structure;
- Empathy to work with people and the competency to understand what teams need in terms of growth;
- Proactive and goal-oriented;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Package and Google Docs.
