The Training Instructional Design Expert for Global Air Logistics is responsible for executing successfully the Instructional Design training plan in a timely manner and on budget, through the support of the Instructional Design training lead. He/She will be designing state of art e-learning courses and upgrade existing courses. This role requires strong instructional design skills, excellent organisation and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex instructional design training projects across various departments and with different stakeholders.
- Execute the instructional design training plan combining existing content & new demands, in collaboration with the Training Design Senior team member.
- Ensures milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Driving the e-learning courses creation process, in coordination with content owners and other stakeholders.
- Focus on creating state of art e-learning modules for all new demands by putting the user in the center of the design process.
- Upgrade a large library of existing e-learning modules, with the help of the instructional design training lead to a highly engaging level courses.
- Create a design framework to help content owners provides their raw content in a structured approach so the overall design execution process gets accelerated.
- Design of training presentations for the delivery training team so their presentation decks are highly engaging and impactful.
- Ensure an inclusive approach that boost productivity and effectiveness with all key stakeholders.
- Monitor the progress of the instructional design training plan through a set of well-defined measurable KPIs, and ensure a corrective process is in place when corrections are required.
- Communicate and update proactively the status of the plan to the concerned stakeholders.
- Strong instructional design skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent knowledge and experience with authoring software, including Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign), Microsoft PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond, and/or latest instructional design tools
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines
