Key responsibilities:
- Manage complete recruitment and selection process within markets of Serbia and Greece
- Coordination of local Employer Branding activities (e.g. Collaboration with Universities, Employer visibility in websites, participate into career fairs into the market, creating local professional network etc)
- Manage HR administration processes in the systems (e.g. Workday, SAPbyD, etc.)
- Ensure the alignment of HR processes to the legal requirements and manage the relevant documentation procedures (e.g. job offers, employment contracts, contractual annexes, local policies, etc.). Administration and archiving of personal documentation of employees.
- Collaborate with team leaders, as well as employees, on the increase of employee engagement and actively participate in relevant initiatives in order to improve work relationships and increase retention
- Manage local Health and Safety processes and procedures, in line with the global guidelines and local statutory framework
- Actively participate in the initiatives of HR Department (e.g. GEOS, Global HR Projects, etc.) and support change management
- Implementation of Global/Regional people initiatives locally
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent, preferred in Economics or Psychology
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources field (Talent Acquisition/Recruitment field) preferably in a multinational organization
- Great computer literacy (Microsoft office)
- High level of proficiency in English (written and oral)
- Greek language will be considered as advantage
- Availability to travel
- Drivers licence
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- High level of accuracy and organization
- Good problem solving skills
- Advanced teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross functionally and cross country in a matrix organization
Main principle regarding our Hybrid model is up to 50% of remotely working on monthly level, within Serbia only.
