We are actively seeking highly experienced HR Generalist to join our team, in in Novi Beograd, Serbia.

The HR Generalist will support the Human Resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This role involves a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and conducting investigations when necessary.
  • Administer employee benefits and answer related inquiries.
  • Coordinate training sessions and support employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with recruitment and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with training and development programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Good business writing and verbal skills both in Greek and English.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or a related role.
