For our factory in Niš, we are looking for new HR generalist.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Vossloh MIN Skretnice in Niš. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing key HR processes, and overseeing benefits administration.

Job Description

• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources strategies including policies, programs and procedures
• Coordinate HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, and training programs
• Negotiating conflict between employees or between employees and management
• Analyzing data and creating reports
• Devising and implementing employee performance and development programs
• Participates in the preparation of employment-related documentation
• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in the human resources field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Experience using Workday software is a plus
• Ability to communicate in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (desirable)
• Knowledge of labor regulations
