We are looking for:

HR Intern to support our training department in everyday duties.

Tasks

The HR Intern will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to the preparation, organization and design of trainings/workshops/events
• Get to know the process of qualifications of employees, through work in the HR information system
• Participate in HR analytics tasks
• Update internal databases with employee information
• Organize digital and paper files related to training
• Support in creating training course schedules and training timetables in HRIS
• Support in creation of HR questionnaires, their distribution and analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree student
• MS Office
• Fluency in English language
• Motivation for learning and continuous development 
• Openness to work with people
• Communication and self-organization skills 
• Participation in daily activities in a dynamic work environment
