The company "NAMI" d.o.o. was founded in 1992 in Belgrade and has been successfully operating for 32 years. Today, NAMI d.o.o. is an integral part of the large multinational company STREEM GLOBAL s.a./OB-STREEM, which is part of H.I.G. Capital.
We are looking for a specialist in the legal sector and human resources sector with a strong background in the industrial sector, logistics, and transport. The position is based in Zemun - Belgrade (Logistics Center in Batajnica).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Revising and updating work regulations and job systematization, modifying and creating work and salary regulations.
- Overseeing and ensuring the execution of HR processes: recruitment, advertising, training, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, employee motivation, payroll, personnel administration, and employee services.
- Contributing to creating a positive work experience, supporting employee retention and talent acquisition.
- Initiating and leading HR projects to meet business needs and ensure business continuity.
- Providing support and advice to managers and individual employees according to their needs.
- Analyzing HR reports and proposing improvement measures where necessary.
- Preparing and controlling the annual HR budget and strategic plans.
- Preparing, communicating, and reviewing HR KPIs and defining plans for continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable legal regulations, taxes, company policies, procedures, and requirements within the company.
- Responsible for preparing and processing legal documents and contracts within the company.
- Collaborating with the global HR team.
- Working with cross-functional teams to improve and automate administrative workflows.
- Coordinating the process of additional health insurance for employees.
- Handling employee requests related to HR issues, rules, and regulations.
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A Master’s degree in a related field is an advantage.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of HR management experience at operational sites.
- Solid knowledge of labor law.
- Understanding of HR strategies, policies, and processes.
- Industry experience is mandatory.
LANGUAGE & COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Computer literacy.
