HR Legal Assistant

As a HR Legal Assistant in our HR team, you will:

• Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws, health & safety, and other applicable laws
• Provide guidance and support to all employees in HR operational, administrative, and legal areas
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of employment documentation and registration and update the HR database (Navision and HR Software Cornerstone) and hard-copy archive to meet local legal requirements and company standards
• Collect and prepare the documentation necessary for establishing/terminating an employment relationship
• Provide administrative support to the HR department in all administrative tasks
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc (Excel) reports as needed

About you

• You have 1 year of relevant experience within HR administration
• You have a bachelor’s degree in law (or a related field of study) or demonstrated experience
• You are comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Navision and Cornerstone (CSOD) systems will be considered an advantage
• You have an intermediate level of English language proficiency allowing communication and document writing related to job tasks
• You have a demonstrated passion for working with people
• You are well-organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and enjoy working with data
