Your qualifications and profile:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Psychology is a must
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably from services industry
- Fluency in English
- Change management skills, enthusiastic and engaging attitude
- Capable of creating trust of key opinion leaders
- High level of integrity confidentiality and loyalty
- Willingness to support the development of people and business
- Assertiveness, ability to give clear and useful feedback
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture highest ethical standards and integrity
- Support, develop and maintain firm values and culture
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation of human capital
- Develop clear HR policies and procedures and ensuring policy awareness
- Develop and oversee ethics and honor code across firm and all functions
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Manage the recruitment and selection process in the firm
- Maintain smooth onboarding process for new employees
- Lead the Knowledge Management process
- Organize training and coaching of personnel
- Support Seniors in their managerial role
- Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation
- Regularly conduct employee surveys, perform data analysis, and prepare action plans according to it
- Create regular HR reports and presenting it to business stake holders
- Carry out necessary administrative duties
- Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
