As an HR Manager, you would be directly responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities and office administration within our Belgrade office. Working closely with the top management, you would directly manage all HR processes and actively contribute to the further development of our company.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare all necessary work-related documentation
- Keep all internal HR databases and documentation up to date
- Be responsible for all HR policies and make sure they are up to date
- Act as the main point of contact for the accounting agency, managing all office costs, ensuring they are in accordance with the budget
- Prepare all necessary information the accountant needs for payroll and administer it every month
- Liaise with external suppliers, and ensure legal compliance
- Run full recruitment for the Serbian office in accordance with the hiring plan
- Be responsible for the full onboarding and offboarding process flow
- Track and accurately note vacation and other types of absence from work
- Ensure all office supplies are secured in a timely manner and coordinate any office related activity (maintenance, handymen, etc.)
- Provide support to other offices in terms of recruitment, on/offboarding, PTO tracking etc. as needed
- Drive the company culture activities in collaboration with other offices
- Coordinate the performance management cycles, following the internal procedure
- Participate in other HR projects
- Answer any HR related employees’ queries
WHO YOU ARE:
A perfect candidate is a self-starter with exceptional organizational and communication skills. You enjoy working with people, and want to play a key part in making the working environment enjoyable and rewarding. You have previous experience working in a same or similar role, in a small or medium international business, complemented with a good understanding and practical application of Serbian labor law. You think forward, and are open for taking new directions and exploring better ways of doing things.
To sum it up, you:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in same or similar role.
- Possess a good knowledge and practical application of Serbian labor law as well as CROSO portal and rules around employing foreigners in Serbia
- Are experienced in domestic and international recruitment
- Enjoy administrative tasks and respect deadlines
- Are a people person- easy to approach and willing to assist
- Know how to apply your knowledge and expertise to improve existing processes and provide a strategic support to the business
- Have experience working in small/medium businesses where ‘wearing different hats’ is often necessary
- Are fully proficient in English (C1 level or higher)
