Joorney specializes in the creation of immigration and commercial business plans and documents such as investment studies, pitch decks, and financial models. The majority of our services are provided to clients operating or aiming to operate in the North American and Australian markets.
You will join our team in the Balkans of over 150 colleagues spread across offices in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš, Banja Luka, and Skopje. If you are passionate about a well-rounded HR role covering strategy, culture, engagement, talent management, and development, this opportunity is for you. As an HR Manager, you will support the regional executive team to drive a people-centric and progressive business, while developing HR infrastructure aligned with the company’s growth. We are looking for someone proactive and personable - a credible HR professional who is comfortable partnering with senior leaders while also supporting the wider business.
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or a higher degree level
- Outstanding English skills for an international setting
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- 3+ years of experience in non-administrative HR
- Experience in recruiting within service industries will be considered as an advantage
- Experience in smaller, fast-paced environments (such as start-ups or growing companies) over large corporate systems
- A keen eye for detail
- Experience in an international environment
- Willingness to develop an evolving HR system with start-up resources, rather than join a fully established HR system
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A knack for psychology, analytics, and creative problem-solving/strategic thinking
Job responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain the company culture
- Develop and enhance talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Continuously build the employer brand
- Identify and address organizational improvement areas
- Support the leadership in organizational development aligned with growth plans
- Represent a true connection between colleagues between departments, in support of everyone’s needs
- Advocate for individual career growth through ongoing education and professional development
- Advocate for and implement policies for a healthy work environment
- Propose and implement changes and improvements to employees’ benefits and compensation packages
- Prepare, analyze and act on HR metrics, including HR KPIs
- Assist departments develop appropriate and objective success KPIs and track employee performance
- Prepare detailed written reports for the regional executive team
