HR Manager

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the global HR team to provide comprehensive support across various regions.
- Lead the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate interviews and offer negotiations, aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Create the HR department strategy with detailed targets and action plan.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding protocols, including hosting orientation events for new hires and conducting exit interviews.
- Address employee queries, ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Navigate employee relations by company guidelines, including conflict resolution and formal grievances.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR Information Systems and other relevant documentation.
- Independently design and conduct employee surveys, collecting data to guide HR strategy and reporting the results to key stakeholders.
- Contribute to developing and implementing employee training and development plans, focusing on maximizing employee potential.
- Support the global HR team with administrative functions and the effective implementation of policies.
Your Profile:
- Degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field, aligning with the strategic depth needed for senior roles.
- Minimum of five years as an HR Generalist or HR Business partner, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong grasp and a keen interest in HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven capability to build relationships across the organization.
- Analytical prowess in HR metrics with the ability to provide insights and recommendations.
- Detail-oriented, strong organizational and time-management skills, coupled with a solution-focused approach.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a proactive, positive attitude
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; German language skills are a significant advantage.
