Job description:
- Development and further refinement of HR policies, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, C&B, performance appraisal and HR administration;
- Actively supporting Plant teamwork and cross-functional collaboration; ensuring that Toyo Way and Company philosophy and values are understood, communicated and applied in daily activities;
- Integral member and HR representative in daily, weekly and monthly meetings of Plant leadership teams;
- Business partner to all functions and strong HR support and advisor in key operational activities related to people, processes and local labour legislation;
- Organization of recruitment and onboarding process for new employees; coordinates learning programs based on defined corporate procedures;
- Participation in the creation of professional development plans;
- Carrying out training and development activities, ensuring accurate human resources records in the database;
- Monthly reporting regarding the number of employees; providing suggestions and active participation in annual budgeting process; Initiation and participation in implementation of different HR projects; Further development of existing HR processes and corporate culture;
- Regular reporting about HR processes and unified personnel policy;
- Foundation and development of HR policies; support in setting up policies / process for other sectors;
- Support in setting up Compliance structure and Internal Control structure;
- Internally with members of Leadership team, Plant Leadership team, regional legal support and the wider organisation in general;
- Externally, key stakeholders in local government, local schools, lawyers, agencies for recruitment, agencies for payroll, FIC membership, other employers` associations, universities, government officials as the need arises, advertising agencies, trade union representatives if need arises.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Science or related field
- 10 years of experience as an HR Manager, particularly within the automotive or manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals
- Ability to make quick decisions and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English
